First, Let’s tell you a little bit about us!
As a result of my passion and love for flowers and all things creative, I founded Violets and Vases to share my love for flowers and design with the entire community. With eight years of experience in the industry and a full qualification as a florist, my journey started in Highfields as a school based traineeship. I earned my Certificate in Floristry in 2018 and haven’t looked back since. I then went to study Interior Architecture and Landscape Design at uni and journeyed my way through various florist stores in Brisbane, where the distinctive Violets and Vases floral style took shape. The heart wants what the heart wants and all roads led back to Highfields and flowers; so my husband and I created Violets and Vases. While I may be at the forefront of this little business, I am not a solo act; my husband, Harrison plays an integral role in every aspect of the business, from behind-the-scenes work to photography, website editing, flower market runs, deliveries, and offering valuable advice. We are both delighted to create for you.

Our homewares is a carefully curated collection of mainly Australian handmade products. We aim to support and celebrate small Australian businesses who pour so much of themselves and their passion into the products that they make!
Where possible we aim to source products that are sustainable and organic, aiming to lessen our load on the environment around us.
We love that we can offer a space where you are able to shop guilt free knowing that you are supporting Aussie small business as well as shopping sustainable and organic products for you and your home.
